NE PAS SUPPRIMER
1. If you have an identity card issued after March 2014
Make sure you have the latest version of the eID software. If the software is already installed on your computer, uninstall and reinstall the new version. Then restart your computer.
2. If you have just received a new identity card
Remove the certificates from your old identity card in your browser. Make sure you also have the latest version of the eID software.
To remove your old identity card certificate, open your Internet Explorer browser, click on the top right on the small wheel.
Choose from the menu “Internet option”. In the window, click the “Content” tab. Once in the “Content” tab, click “Certificates”. Choose the certificate from your old identity card and delete it.
To update your profile with your new ID card, click on the “update” button.
3. If you forgot the pin code for your identity card
- Ask for the code again at the Population Department at the commune of your principal place of residence or
- Ask for the code online via the Interior SPF website.( http://www.ibz.rrn.fgov.be/fr/)
The codes are sent within three weeks to your local commune, and it notifies you when they become available. If it was not required to go in person to make your request at the commune, this time, you will need to go to the Population Department to link your new PIN to your eID
4. If your identity car dis blocked
Bring the original document with the PUK code. Contact the Population Department of your principal place of residence in order to unlock or change your PIN code.
Now you are ready to connect to the Brussels Health Network platform. Always use the Internet Explorer browser
5. Error message “Missing Consent
If this message appears when you connect to the Brussels Health Network platform, you’ve probably recorded your consent other than on the Brussels Health Network. To access your shared health records, you must register specifically on the Brussels Health Network. By registering with your identity card and your pin code, you can authenticate and securely access your shared health records.
If the problem persists, contact the Abrumet administrative department.
The Brussels Health Network brings together all public and private Brussels hospitals as well as the French and Dutch speaking associations of general practitioners in Brussels (FAMGB and BHAK). We are the ideal partner for any project related to e-health in the Brussels region.
