This electronic sharing is carried out via secure computer networks that link hospitals, doctors and other non-hospital providers, and patients.<\/p>\n Abrumet is the preferred partner for e-health in the Brussels Region. It promotes cooperation by and between all healthcare stakeholders (politicians, patients, industry and those working in the field) in order to improve the quality of patient care.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” header_4_font_size=”17px” header_4_line_height=”1.7em” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n To technically enable the exchange of health data between healthcare providers, 24\/7, via the Brussels Health Network. Data exchanges are carried out according to the Belgian KMEHR standard. Accessible documents are available in PDF format.<\/p>\n Registration and provision of vaccination data (Vaccicard project); all vaccinations (COVID and non-COVID) and for all population groups (adults and children).<\/p>\n Abrumet provides a dedicated secure vault (Brusafe+) enabling the exchange of structured data according to international IHE norms and standards.<\/p>\n Transforming simple data storage into an interoperable data network (Data Capabilities project). Thanks to FHIR, we will be able to develop mechanisms to query different sources (e.g., hospital FHIR servers) in a harmonized and secure manner.<\/p>\n Monitoring the eHealth Plan 2025\u20132027 in order to provide the Cabinet and the COCOM with all the strategic and technical information necessary for decision-making.<\/p>\n Training of healthcare providers involved in eHealth in the Brussels Region.<\/p>\n Communication to citizens\/patients<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”rv_element rv_element_1″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Belgium is a pioneer in health data sharing.\u00a0 The European Commission has accordingly mandated Abrumet to develop the technical feasibility of SUMEHR exchange in Europe over a period of 4 years (2018-2021).<\/p>\n Abrumet can in fact provide a system with international IHE standards.<\/p>\n If carried out by a region,\u00a0 this project aspires to national success and must be suitable for all regions of the country.<\/p>\n Develop an infrastructure in Belgium (based on existing national infrastructures) for a secure exchange of key patient health information by and between the different European health networks.
