Dit initiatief helpt pati\u00ebnten hun medicatie beter te beheren en voorkomt fouten door interacties of dubbele voorschriften.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"703\" class=\"\">Met hun toestemming kunnen pati\u00ebnten deze informatie ook delen met hun zorgverleners, wat de samenwerking tussen gezondheidsprofessionals versterkt. Dankzij deze transparantie krijgen artsen en apothekers een volledig overzicht van de behandeling, wat leidt tot een effectievere begeleiding en een betere therapietrouw.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"996\" class=\"\">Dit project is het resultaat van een samenwerking tussen <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"837\">het RIZIV, de FOD Volksgezondheid, het FAGG en de apotheeksector<\/strong>, in het kader van een akkoord dat in september 2023 werd ondertekend.
