Het portaal van het Brussels Gezondheidsnetwerk geeft de pati\u00ebnt veel mogelijkheden om zelf zijn of haar gezondheidsgegevens te beheren. In dit dossier kunt u onder meer:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>De lijst van gedeelde documenten en de inhoud ervan raadplegen (op voorwaarde dat de auteur van het document de toegang heeft geopend).<\/li>\n<li>Uw samengevat gezondheidsdossier (de zogenaamde <em>SumEHR<\/em>) raadplegen. Deze toestemming is gratis, geldt nationaal en u kunt ze op elk moment intrekken. Wanneer u zich voor de eerste keer aanmeldt op het portaal, wordt deze toestemming geactiveerd als u dat nog niet eerder hebt gedaan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>De therapeutische relatie:<\/span><\/strong><span> Alleen zorgprofessionals met wie u een zorgrelatie hebt (arts, apotheker, verpleegkundige enz.) hebben toegang tot uw gegevens.
