I’m using the Brussels Health Network platform – why is my patient list empty?

If you do not see a specific patient from the list of your patients, he or she is not registered with the Brussels Health Network or you do not have a valid therapeutic relationship with this person.

To register and / or to activate a therapeutic relationship, using only Internet Explorer, click on the “Add a patient.” Insert the identity card of the patient and follow the online instructions. The reading of the card can take several minutes.

If you have completed a registration or set up a therapeutic relationship and your patient still does not appear, please contact the helpdesk.
