Internet Explorer allows the use of a secure access via SSL. However, if you get an error message when accessing:
- Check that Java Runtime is allowed to run. If your security settings are very high, you should see a message that asks for your permission to run, at the top or bottom of the window.
- Empty the browser’s SSL cache. Perhaps it holds earlier data that is not valid for access to the Health Network Brussels
- by going to “Tools (or wheel)”> Internet Options> Content tab> SSL empty the cache.
- Close all open Internet Explorer windows and then try again to access the Brussels Health Network portal.
